1-Year Breakage Warranty- Eyeglasses
Warranty Coverage:
This Warranty provides one-time free replacement for eyeglasses in case of accidental breakage within 1 year from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
What is Covered
* Accidental breakage of frames and/or lenses
* Manufacturing defects identified during normal usage
* Structural damage making the eyewear unusable
What is not Covered:
* Loss or theft of eyeglasses
* Change in Eye power
Important Points
* Free replacement is applicable only once during the warranty period.
* Only Fitting/service charges are payable by the customer.
* Warranty is non-transferable and valid for the original purchaser.
* Warranty starts from the invoice date, not the date of usage.
Exclusions & Conditions
* Any upgrade in frame or lens will be charged additionally
* Company reserves the right to inspect the product before approval.
* Warranty replacement does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
Store Management's decision shall be final in case of any dispute.
